Shipping policy

By ordering and purchasing you agree to Bloom Terms & Conditions. *For international, non-EU deliveries kindly note that Bloom is not responsible for your destination country’s duties and tariffs, or delays due to international customs issues. We recommend reviewing your countries local import policies prior to ordering as we are unable to provide returns or refunds due to customs delays, holds, taxes, or fees.
Return Policy :
You can exchange your order at any stage once it is sealed, in its original box, resellable and still an available product within our range. Exchanges can be made online. 

Shipping Policy : 

At Bloom we want you to receive your orders just as quickly as possible. Orders within the Republic of Ireland are typically delivered within 3-4 working days. Orders in the UK are delivered within 4-5 working days. Orders within Europe are delivered within 5-6 working days and international orders within 6-10 working days. 

Given the current climate please allow for some delays on occasion as our warehouse navigates with all necessary precautions to get your orders out

Bloom ships tracked orders via DPD, Fastway within Ireland & An Post. We update our Social Media accounts regularly with production and shipping timelines if we expect any delays during periods of heavy demand.

Tracked shipping is offered on all orders. Shipping time frames depend on your location and vary depending on the shipping method, as well your local customs processing times for International orders.

Import Taxes: Please be aware that International orders may attract an additional cost for import taxes upon receipt.

We strongly recommend that you dispatch to a reliable address, as Bloom is not responsible for lost or stolen orders.

Physical addresses are preferred, as we are unable to guarantee the safety of items delivered to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

Terms

Shipment costs are advised at the time of checkout with every purchase.

Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for delivery issues that are out of our control as the courier company and the driver delivering your items are independent of our company and the full cost of delivery is paid to them to deliver. 

All deliveries are made by DPD, Fastway Couriers or An Post. We must be provided with a phone number so that you can be contacted by the courier company. 

We will not be held liable for any postal delays which may occasionally occur.
