Do you offer free shipping?

Yes we do! Free standard shipping is applied to all of Ireland orders over €50

When will my order ship ?

We process and ship out all orders Monday through Friday, not including holidays. Orders with standard shipping will usually be fulfilled and shipped the next business day (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information enclosed. Please note that it may take up to 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update.
 

How long will it take to receive my order? 

It depends on where you are. Most places within Ireland take about 3-4 business days. For  international destinations, it usually takes 5-10 business days. However, this may vary based on destination.

Our shipping partners are DPD, An Post & Fastway.
 

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world.

Are your products natural?

Our products are 99.5-100% natural. We always aim to have our products as natural as they can be, never compromising on quality & effectiveness of the product.

 

Can I use Avocado Silk Sleep Mask while pregnant?

No. Our Avocado Silk Sleep Mask contains 0.3% or retinol (form of Vitamin A) and therefore it is not advisable to use it during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.

*Don’t use products containing Retin A, Accutane, Retinoids, Vitamin A or Salicyclic Acid. These are either not safe or simply don't have enough information around their safety in pregnancy or breastfeeding. Always check the label with your obstetrician.

 

Can I use Turmeric Clay Mask while pregnant?

No. Our Turmeric Clay Mask contains Retinyl Palmitate (form of Vitamin A) and therefore it is not recommended to use while pregnant or breastfeeding.

Can I use Apple Genius Moisturiser while pregnant?

Our Apple Genius Moisturiser contains apple stem extract and HA (Hyaluronic Acid) as main ingredients so it is safe to use while pregnant. We advise you to consult your physician to make sure it is safe for you to use it while pregnant or breastfeeding.

 

Can I use Enzyme Polish while pregnant?

Our Probiotic Enzyme Polishing Treatment contains fruit enzymes which are gentle in comparsement to Salicylic Acid and we believe it is safe to use this treatment during pregnancy. We advise you to consult your physician to make sure it is safe for you to use it while pregnant or breastfeeding.

Can I use Bright Eyes, Hydrogel Eye Patches while pregnant?

Our Hydrogel Eye Patches contain HA amongst Aloe Leaf Juice, Matcha Green Tea, Green Coffee Bean, Yerba Mate Tea, Cucumber Hydrosol, Vitamin C - which are all safe to use while pregnant. It also contains caffeine and while you may have to cut back on your coffee consumption while expecting, feel free to let your puffy, sleep-deprived eyes drink up the caffeine from our Eye Patches. (Topical caffeine-infused skincare products are pregnancy-safe). We advise you to consult your physician to make sure it is safe for you to use it while pregnant or breastfeeding.

Can I use your products if I have sensitive skin?

All of our products are suitable for all skin types but some would be more suitable for certain skin conditions than others. For example if your skin feels dehydrated (lacks water), you will benefit more from using our Avocado Silk Sleep Mask, which will help to hydrate your skin. If you have an oily skin type and are prone to breakouts - our Turmeric Clay Mask will help to decongest and brighten your skin. We advise you to patch test any of our products prior to first use.

Should I patch test before using your products?

Not just sensitive skin types, everyone should patch test new skin care products to save ourselves from future headaches, and a whole lot of medical bills! Even if you don’t have sensitive skin, certain formulations or ingredients (natural or otherwise), can irritate even normal skin types. This can result in red and angry rashes, or dry, itchy and flaky skin. Not only irritated skin, products with thick and heavy emollients like coconut oil can also cause unwanted breakout-related reactions like clogging and acne.

How do I perform a ‘’patch test’’?

Patch testing for irritation/allergic reactions

To do an allergy patch test, simply apply a small amount of the product to a small area of your face that's easily covered—such as the underside of your jaw, a corner of your forehead, behind your ear or the side of your neck. There should be no other products on the skin so that you can properly test this product. Wait around 48 hours to see if you have a reaction.

If you got a little excited and have already rubbed the new serum all over your face, don’t worry. When you feel or see any redness, itching or discomfort, just wash your skin with a gentle cleanser, then follow up with your go-to moisturiser. You can also treat the area with a soothing product.

Patch testing for breakouts

To see if a product makes you breakout, you should apply the product directly on a small part of your face, such as the cheek, chin or anywhere else that’s prone to blemishes. Apply the product daily (or as recommended) to the same area for a week or so to determine whether your skin will react. However, keep in mind that breakouts can be an intended reaction for some skin care products, especially acne medications, and anything that contains retinol and strong acids (including lactic, salicylic, and glycolic acids)!

Is it ok to use Turmeric Clay Mask & Avocado Silk Sleep Mask one after the other?

Yes. You can use the Turmeric Clay Mask to decongest the skin and follow with Avocado Silk Sleep Mask for a boost of hydration. Make sure to use both masks in the evening as they both contain a form of Vitamin A. Be sure to use broad spectrum SPF during the day as your skin may be more sensitive to UVA/UVB rays.

How do I clean Facial Puffs?

We advise to wash Facial Puff Trio with antibacterial soap and warm water before first use and to hand-wash it with antibacterial soap directly after every use. We recommend that you wash puffs once a week in the washing machine at 60* celsius or under. It is advisable to replace your Bloom Facial Puff Trio every 8-12 weeks.

Are your products tested on animals?

Bloom has a super strict cruelty free policy. No products or source ingredients are tested on animals and we have the PETA certification to prove it! We do not test on any animals (except willing humans of course!) and we have adhered to cruelty free practices from first launch. Our manufacturing & testing processes are completely free from animal testing & we only source from suppliers who do not test on animals.

Are your products suitable for men?

Absolutely! Our products are suitable for everyone! Skin is Skin!

Are Bloom products available in stores?

Yes, our products are available from selected retailers across Ireland. Please see: Stockist List.

Will I be liable for duties and taxes when my order arrives?

European Union orders will not incur any tax or duty charges upon delivery. Duties & Tax are prepaid and included at checkout. If you are contacted by your local customs office and asked to pay any fees please contact us. For non-EU orders, tax and duty are not included in the purchase price and may or may not be charged depending on your local customs regulations. Please visit your local post or customs site for accurate information. These are entirely the responsibility of the customer and we are not responsible for delays or issues in your shipment clearing customs.

What form of payment do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, ShopPay and GooglePay.

Can I use multiple discount codes at checkout?

Currently, only one discount code can be applied per order.

How can I edit my shipping address?

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email orders@bloombb.ie ASAP. We will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.

Is your packaging environmentally friendly?

At Bloom we are making a conscious effort to minimise and offset our impact on the environment wherever possible. We endeavour, where possible, to utilise only eco-friendly packaging & shipping materials. All shipping boxes are 100% recyclable.

Whats the expiry dates on Bloom products ?

All Bloom products will last up to 24 months unopened from date of manufacture. On all packaging there is also an international open jar icon. This icon will show you the shelf life of the product once opened. To keep the products fresher longer, it is best to keep products in a cool, dry place without direct sunlight. 

How can I share my review on your products?
