It’s the product I have used for years and now I have family members using them. I have such sensitive skin and everything reacts with my skin. Cotton pads and washes drives my skin to get red and hot and itchy so since I started using the bloom pads and wash them out in between uses I don’t have any issues anymore. I have tried everything and nothing made my skin clear up. I have very sensitive skin and most products I used only made it hot and inflamed. I struggled to find something that made my skin clean and refreshed. Bloom did the job I thought would never happen. I can use just water and my makeup including my eye make up will come off without any hassle of dragging or rubbing. I Just use a tiny pea size of my hand soap to wash it out each time I use the bloom pad and I make sure the pads are rinsed out well with warm water. I double wash to make sure I have my face super clean. I also wash my pads in the washing machine once every month as well. Once the pad gets rough or a different texture I buy a new set. Mostly only every Christmas and summer this happens if you take care of your bloom pads properly each time you use them Morning and night weather you wear make up or not. Use on eyes first and use one side of pad for left eye and the other side for the other eye and then your face. Hope this helps. By the way I have bought these for my sisters and daughter in law as well. They love them also.
